University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU): The largest university in the Basque Country, with three campuses located in Leioa, Álava and Eibar.

UPV/EHU is a public university known for its excellent results at a national level, with a strong focus on research and innovation.

University of Deusto: A private Catholic university with its main campus located in Bilbao. Founded in 1886, Deusto is one of the most prestigious universities in Spain, offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Universidad de Oviedo: Located in the city of Oviedo, Asturias, this public university was founded in 1608. It is the oldest and largest university in Asturias, with a focus on humanities, social sciences, science and technology.

Universidad de Vigo: A public university located in Vigo, Galicia. Established in 1990, the university is known for its academic excellence in the fields of science, engineering, and business. It has three campuses spread throughout Galicia.

University of Cantabria (UC): This is the public university of Cantabria. It was founded in 1972 and is the largest university in the region. UC is known for its strong programs in science, engineering, and medicine. The university is divided into 15 schools and faculties, offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

UNEATLANTICO - European Atlantic University: A private university located in Santander, UNEATLANTICO offers a variety of degrees in business, communication, and social sciences.

Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo (UIMP): This is a public university with a focus on postgraduate studies and cultural programs. UIMP offers a variety of summer courses and conferences throughout the year. The university has campuses in Santander, Santillana del Mar, and Valencia.

Public University of Navarre (UPNA): This is the public university of the region. Established in 1987, UPNA is known for its strong programs in engineering, business, and health sciences. The university has four campuses located in Pamplona, Tudela, Arrosadia, and the Health Sciences Campus.

University of Navarra: This is a private research university founded in 1952. It is consistently ranked among the best universities in Spain and offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various disciplines. The University of Navarra has its main campus in Pamplona with additional campuses in San Sebastian, Madrid, and Barcelona.
